JUNE

Pirates & Mermaids | 7 - 12 years 
Ahoy mateys! Delve into a world where pirates plunder the seas and mermaids inhabit the deep. Build a pirate ship, add nautical details and craft some buccaneers, or design a coral reef filled with merfolk, sea creatures and undersea treasure. Make a kaleidoscope, launch pom-poms, race cork rafts and build a treasure chest. Join in the ocean adventure.

Painting: ExplORegon | 6 - 13 years
Calling our PNW explorers! Grab your binoculars and let’s head to the Gorge with our canvases. From the tiny burrowing owl to the great black bear, Oregon is full of beautiful wildlife. During this week-long camp, students will learn to paint some of Oregon’s iconic, native creatures.

Bon Appetit - Sculpting & Painting | 6 - 12 years
Bring your family's best dishes to the art world! During this camp, students will explore mixed media, including but not limited to drawing recipes, crafting food clay miniatures and designing table settings. Join us as we transform your family's culture and taste buds into artistic expressions.

Creative Kids | 6 - 13 years 
Explore the wonderful world of art using various mediums, including collage, watercolor, acrylic, pen, marker, tissue paper, pastels and more! Students will have fun discovering new and creative ways to make art and apply new techniques with various mediums and tools on paper. Some projects include paper weaving, watercolor resist art, colorful collages and printmaking

Mixed Media: Welcome to the Rainforest | 7 - 14 years 
Come along on a journey to the rainforests of South America! Students will dive into the heart of the jungle and use various mixed media to bring the vibrant and exotic animals of the rainforest to life! Each day of this camp will feature a different rainforest animal including a sleepy sloth, a terrific tiger and a charming chameleon. Each art project will help bring these colorful animals to life!

Cardboard Castles | 7 - 12 years 
Create a fantasy realm filled with knights, royals, dragons, unicorns and magic. Build a fanciful cardboard castle, create shrinky dink inhabitants, design a colorful banner and weave. Engineer a drawbridge and make a catapult to defend your keep. An enchanting, medieval world awaits.

Painting: Across the Ocean | 6 - 13 years 
We’ll make a splash as we dive into the vast ocean and bring the sea life to canvas! During this week long guided art camp, students will explore the colors and creatures hidden beyond and under the deep blue. From tropical reefs to the freezing arctic sea, students will create ocean life in various forms and seasons.

Out of this World – Space Camp | 7 - 12 years 
Design an alien landscape and its inhabitants and the astronauts who visit. Paint a galaxy, hang the moon or imagine new planets. Make spaceships, rovers from recycled materials and launch a paper rocket. The week concludes with designing and racing your own simple battery powered robot. The sky’s the limit!

Woodland Wonders | 6 - 13 years 
Join Teacher Jen for a nature walk through the woodlands! We will be creating paintings, drawings and sculptures featuring inspired animals and landscape scenes of the forest. We will learn about the animals who call the forest home, as well as the important flora that makes up the forest. A beautiful collection of creations will be ready for display for your home by the end of the week!

Home Sweet Home | 6 - 13 years 
Join teacher Jen for a fantastic trip around scenic Oregon! Come discover how vast and beautiful this state is through your artwork. Inspired by some of Oregon’s iconic sights and landmarks, featured paintings start from the depths of Crater Lake, across the majestic painted hills, to the coastal rocks, vineyards, countryside, and our lush forest and falls! A lovely collection of landscapes will be created throughout the week.

Woodland Fairy Realm | 7 - 12 years 
Build a whimsical woodland home, design the wee furnishings along with fairy inhabitants. Fashion your own bubble wand, acorn necklace and leaf pouch. We’ll use a variety natural materials to set-up a welcoming space for the fairies. It’s sure to be enchanting.

Nature Art: Pause with Petals | 6 - 13 years 
Join us for a fun filled week of botanical art and local plant identification. We'll explore flower preservation techniques and how we can use flowers, twigs, leaves and much more to create art! Together we will make nature journals and a variety of plant based projects, including wreaths, crowns, collages and shadow boxes.

Mixed Media: Safari Expedition | 7 - 14 years 
Head out on a safari expedition to beautiful lands of Africa! Students will explore the wild of the safari and use various mixed media to bring the untamed animals of Africa to life! Each day of this camp centers on a different animal of Africa including a lively lion, lovely leopard, elegant elephant, graceful giraffe, and a zany zebra. Each art project will help capture the beauty of these wonders of the wild!
