Production Rentals

Sherwood Center for the Arts is the premier performance venue for both Sherwood and the surrounding community. From concerts and dance performances to plays and musicals, this flexible, state-of-the-art performance space is the ideal place to bring your production to life. Featuring retractable seating, outstanding lighting and sound capabilities, a beautiful lobby and well-appointed dressing room, this malleable space can accommodate up to 393 audience members. Work with our professional lighting/sound technicians and event staff to make your production a success, and give your audiences a memorable theatrical experience.

Available rooms include:

Main Hall – just under 4,000 square feet, can seat up to 240 for a banquet, or up to 420 in theater-style seating.

Stage – 1,284 square feet of sprung floor stage, flush with the audience; a weighted cyclorama; state-of-the-art high-lumen projector; loading dock; full drapes; wing space; and full technical capabilities for productions, presentations or ceremonies.

Lobby – beautiful space infused with natural light, with a rotating art gallery on the walls, 890 square feet.

Classroom A – located downstairs with large windows overlooking the front patio, large white board, and sink.

Classroom B – located upstairs and private, with a large white board.

Dressing Room – fully lit mirrors and makeup tables for 10, curtained dressing areas, sink, mobile costume racks, and cubby units for individual storage.

Kitchen – commercial-sized refrigerator, ice machine, full sink, ample counter space and separate back entry for caterers.
