Save the date for the Old Town Art Walk: Summer Solstice Celebration on June 23 from 5-8pm! This popular Sherwood tradition is going bigger than ever this year as we kick off the start of summer with a solstice party! Join us along the Art Walk route with fun that entire family can enjoy: cold treats, art vendors, interactive activities, and food and beverages from Old Town businesses. Start at the Art Center and participate in a large-scale art project that will beautify the downtown area. Enjoy live music from Courtney Freed and her band while you watch a special pop-up performance in the gravel lot outside the Arts Center. Celebrate the return of summer on the sunniest day of the year!

Art Walk participants are encouraged to start at the Sherwood Center for the Arts where you will receive a map of the stops along the Art Walk route. At each stop throughout six Old Town Sherwood blocks, participants will get to view local art, chat with artists, participate in interactive activities, listen to live music, enjoy food and beverages from Old Town locations. As you visit each stop, make sure to get a stamp on your map. You can turn in your finished map to enter to win a fantastic prize basket! Prizes from many local Sherwood businesses will be up for grabs. Don’t miss a single stop!
